Due to the personalization for this product the minimum order is 2 sets. This is a pricing discount if you order more than 5 sets.

Non-Personalized orders take 2-3 business days to process, and 3-5 business days for personalized ones. 1-2 business days for a rush order ($15 fee). If the labels are already printed, you will still get a refund but a cancellation fee will be applied.
Understandably, personalized items are not eligible for a return. Orders placed within 45 business days are eligible for a return.
